Return/Exchange Procedure

1.Contact us by phone at 973-552-9546 or email at sales@dutchessbridlesaddle.com.
2.We’ll send you a return form to complete and include with your item.
3.Select your shipping method. We suggest using ground service with UPS, USPS, or FedEX. Include tracking information and insurance with your return. Please use sales@dutchessbridlesaddle.com for tracking, attn: Jackie Tassey. If you prefer a label sent to you, we will reduce your return by the total cost of shipping.
